Valid forms of government issued photo ID are as follows: State Issued Driver's License or other State Issued Identification, Passport, Military Identification.
Requests submitted online are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis during normal business hours. Requests submitted after 3 pm will generally not be processed until the next day.
